  • Types of residential units available in the project: From 2+1, up to 5+1, 5.
  • Title deed (tabu): Ready for stage two.
  • Obtaining Turkish citizenship: Suitable for obtaining Turkish citizenship.
  • Project state: Under construction.
  • delivery date: For the first stage 2/2024, For the second stage 9/2024.
  • payment method: Cash, 50% down payment and the rest in installments until the delivery date for each stage.

Note: Construction has not begun in the third stage yet.
